The A 95 grinding machine sharpens slicer and circular knives up to 1.200 mm for any high performance slicer. This seven axis CNC controlled machine sharpens both sickle-shaped and circular knives.

• Serrating of blades and resharpening of serrated edges through a controlled serration aggregate
• 2-D laser measuring device for the measurement and correction of the smallest irregularity in the flatness and outer contour of the knives
• After serration, deburring of the knives by a polishing aggregate
• Selection of different tooth shapes (e.g.: pointed, hollow and wavy) from the machine’s data memory
