Risco RS 603 filler from the superior series with inline grinder has been designed and developed to optimise the large-scale filling process of dry, cold and viscous products. It is equipped with a 350 litre-hopper and incorporates the RS 70 frontal grinder. The use of modern filling and grinding technology ensures a denser final product, excellent definition of the filled product and hence cost savings due to reduced drying time. The high performance RS 603 meets the requirements of large-scale manufacturers, and is especially suitable for partnering with automatic clipping machines. The exclusive Risco filling system with concentric rotor enables gentle product processing and achieves excellent definition for all types of delicate product. The RS 603 is equipped with a new generation icon-based computer control system that is user-friendly and simplifies the task of entering filling parameters.
