Crate Washer PCZ- B 27.40

The crate washer is made of stainless steel (type 1.4301).
As standard, the continuous washing system consists of an inlet, a main wash module with a tank below and a freshwater ring integrated in the outlet. The water tank is heated by electric heating rods. At customer’s request, the heating is also possible with direct steam injection or steam register. In addition, there are other useful options to choose from, such as a conductivity-controlled dosing device for automatic concentration of the cleaning chemicals in the wash tank.

The tunnel washer uses circulated water for washing. During operation, the fresh water from the rinsing ring runs into the main rinsing module. In addition to level regulation, this also serves to regenerate the washing medium. With the help of a centrifugal pump and high-quality stainless steel nozzles, the washing medium is applied to the items which has to be cleaned. The containers are conveyed through the washing system by a belt drive.

The washing system PCZ-B 27.40 is suitable for cleaning different items which has to be cleaned (600 – 800 x 600 x 600mm) such as crates and molds, as the system is equipped with a stainless steel chain conveyor inside. The maximum daily capacity is between 1,000 and 2,000 containers (depending on how dirty they are).
