The new Risco forming system for gourmet burgers AT 201 – is the new compact model for producing home-style premium burgers and other formed products from meat, fish or vegetarian dough.
With the Risco AT 201 you can create tasty gourmet burgers, more natural, more healthful, with a soft and excellent consistency, in accordance with the most modern market trends.
The forming head is equipped with a single cut-off system synchronized with the Risco filler,
with diameter up to 95 mm, thus ensuring a precise and clean cut of the food mass and
excellent weight accuracy.
A top mounted angle driven conveyor with adjustable height applies gentle pressure on
the product set down to the horizontal product conveyor belt with variable speed.
The AT 201 is equipped with a solid cover and the frame is mounted on wheels with
adjustable height, for easy connection and disconnection to the Risco vacuum filling machine
during the daily production.
