200 and 400 L boiling pots with mixer. Glycerol boiling pots with a mixer. fixed rotation speed, electronic control, capacity of 200 and 400 litres. The silicone scrapes on the mixer prevent the contents from sticking to the bottom and the side walls. Compatible with a variety of drain valves. Applications include meat industry (e.g. melting fat, steaming sausage), confectionery industry (liqueurs, icings), baking, etc.
