With the programmable automatic swivel-system, the bowl is in the optimum position during the whole production process. The stainless steel di- rect-cooling system cools down the bowl of the machine to the set temperature quickly. The excellent insulation in the wall and bottom area of the bowl, guarantees a constant temperature during the complete operation process.
