All electric motors of machines are equipped with HITACHI frequency converters for stepless adjustment of machine speed and smooth adjustment of the number of cycles per minute. The photocell regulates the sagging of the dough sheet and ensures the synchronous operation of the dough sheeting and the molding machine.

In the dumpling line for the manufacture of high-quality ravioli of soft flour (baking) in the process with a capacity of up to 250 kg / hour, an extruder is recommended that provides a wider range of thickness adjustment for the test sheet, eliminates the process of drying it and provides high dough density and elasticity. This expands the range of products and eliminates the “cooking” dumplings in the cooking process.

Thanks to the P. Dominioni technology used in the D320 Dumpling Line, the dumplings do not stick together, do not boil soft in the cooking process, and have high palatability.

The forms of ravioli (self-made, manti, dumplings, ravioli) depend on the used mold, which can be easily replaced.
