Cutting-edge specialism from holac at Anuga FoodTec 2018

holac Maschinenbau GmbH will be presenting ‘cutting-edge’ technology at Anuga FoodTec 2018. Those who demand the highest standards in food processing will get their money’s worth from the 20th to 23rd March in Cologne. Visitors will find holac in Hall 9.1, Booth B018-C019.

Implementing custom solutions for food manufacturing companies with specific requirements in the areas of fresh meat, convenience, delicatessen, pizza toppings or cheese applications is the focal aim of the South German mechanical engineering company.

This year, Anuga FoodTec will focus not only on mechanical engineering but also on software integration of machines within customer networks and their connection to PPS or ERP systems provided by the customer. Holac will also be exhibiting the analytical evaluation of machine data for planning of preventive maintenance or integrated system checks on equipment – commonly summarized under the generic term “Industry 4.0”.

Particularly in the area of multi-purpose dicers such as the Cubixx, Maxx and the VA150 series, the Fair team is preparing itself for major interest from trade visitors. Holac’s innovative dicers and strip cutters ensure perfectly cut cubes, discs and strips. Capacity and quality immediately from the word go, combined with a compact design, make them popular all-rounders in use world-wide.

Other impressive equipment features include: Hydraulic pressure-related pre-pressing, the use of multi-blade and bladed discs to increase capacity, continual in- feed, patented grid design and hardened shear edges ensuring outstanding results every cycle.

On the Stand, visitors will also be able to experience the holac SECT slicer range in action. Models such as the Sect 360 TC set standards in slicing consistent, precise and even results – fresh meat, sirloin, schnitzel, bacon, chops, steak, roasts, sausage, fish or cheese – cooked, fresh, chilled or frozen, with or without bones.

Another crowd-puller at the holac stand is the Cheesixx cheese dicer. Its pneumatic magazine closing system makes for exemplary ergonomics and time-saving operation for the user. The innovative features of the Cheesixx make it possible to process the complete range of cheese products of various types, sizes and special shapes even more effectively.

The Cheesixx will be joined on the Stand by its bigger brother, the automatically fed AUT 200 cheese dicer, showcasing the highest capacity cheese machine available within the holac product range.
