The STEPHAN Microcut MC15 is the strongest model in the STEPHAN vertical Microcut series. This series is well known in the industry for its high durability, small footprint and cost effectiveness. The unique Microcut principle allows fine cutting and emulsifying processes in one machine. The vertical STEPHAN MC series with one cutting set are designed for small and medium sized applications. The MC series handles almost all tasks involved in the production of meat masses for sausage production, fine pate, purees and similar fine and smooth products in the meat and convenience food industry.

The main advantage of the STEPHAN Microcut series is its simplicity to handle the process.
All you have to control is the feeding of the product into the funnel enabling the product to run through the cutting system. Within just one easy step, it becomes fine cut and emulsified and discharged automatically in a continuous process.
Once you have chosen the correct cutting set, there is no further adjustment necessary during operation.
