The washing machine Type EBF29, as well as all medium-bearing parts such as pump, piping, washing nozzles and lifting doors are all made of high-quality chrome-nickel steel which guarantees a long service life.
LOADING WASHING MACHINES Type EBF29
The washer is made of stainless steel (type 1.4301).
The machine is equipped with a modern medium pressure technology (12 bar pump pressure), which ensures an increase in cleaning capacity by up to 30% and, consequently, a significant time saving. The machine can be heated by electric, steam or hot water coil.
The standard rotor system achieves optimum internal and external cleaning of the charging trolley (200L). The washing goods are rinsed via a fresh water rim. The water used for fresh water rinsing is subsequently used for wash tank regeneration. At customer’s request, a pre-rinse of the wash goods can also be selected as an option, in which the dirty pre-rinse water is fed directly into the sewer.
The EBF29 washer is supplied with a dead man’s switch as standard, so a space of approx. 1500 x 1500mm in front of the machine must be marked as a restricted area. However, more user-friendly blocking devices are also available (see picture below). The machine is suitable for charging trolleys (200 liters) with the maximum dimensions of 760 x 720 x 700mm.
